Terms of Service
Last updated: June 28, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of CurateOne. Please read them carefully — they cover your account, content ownership, billing, and the rules for using the service.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using CurateOne, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
CurateOne is an AI website builder that generates, hosts, and lets you edit and publish websites. We may update, improve, or change features over time.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use CurateOne to:
- •Break the law or infringe others' rights (including intellectual property).
- •Publish malicious, deceptive, or abusive content.
- •Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
- •Resell or misrepresent the service in violation of these terms.
5. Your content and ownership
You own the content you provide and the websites CurateOne generates for you. You can export your site's code at any time. You grant us the limited license needed to host, display, and operate your sites while you use the service.
6. Our intellectual property
The CurateOne platform, brand, and software are owned by us. These terms don't transfer any rights in the platform itself to you.
7. Plans, billing, and refunds
- •The free plan lets you build and publish on a CurateOne subdomain at no cost.
- •Paid plans (Studio Pro) are billed monthly or annually via our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled.
- •You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- •We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new Pro subscriptions — contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
8. Third-party services
CurateOne integrates with third parties (e.g., payment processing, hosting, email). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will fit every purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CurateOne is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using CurateOne at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can export your content before terminating.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new 'last updated' date; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by applicable law in our place of operation. Questions? Reach us at aloissolutions@gmail.com or via the contact page.
